1. | 蛋打散。 |
2. | 平底鍋燒熱後加入1小匙油和蛋液。輕輕晃動鍋子讓蛋液攤平。 |
3. | 等蛋7分熟時,將單餅覆蓋在蛋上,繼續煎20秒後熄火。 |
4. | 將餅倒扣到盤子裡,蛋面向上。捲起來後切成大塊。 |
做法﹕
1. | Beat the egg. |
2. | Add 1 tsp of oil and the egg to a heated pan. Tilt the pan to make the egg distribute evenly. |
3. | When the egg is 70% done, cover it with the flat pancake. Continue to cook for 20 seconds. Turn the heat off. |
4. | Transfer the pancake to a plate, egg side up. Roll the pancake and cut it into big pieces to serve. |
