蛋餅 Chinese Egg Pancake

材料 Ingredients
軟式單餅 Soft flat pancake 1 張 sheet
雞蛋 Egg 1 個 ea
食用油 cooking oil1 小匙 tsp
軟式單餅麵糊圖片

做法﹕
1.蛋打散。
2.平底鍋燒熱後加入1小匙油和蛋液。輕輕晃動鍋子讓蛋液攤平。
3.等蛋7分熟時,將單餅覆蓋在蛋上,繼續煎20秒後熄火。
4.將餅倒扣到盤子裡,蛋面向上。捲起來後切成大塊。



做法﹕
1.Beat the egg.
2.Add 1 tsp of oil and the egg to a heated pan. Tilt the pan to make the egg distribute evenly.
3.When the egg is 70% done, cover it with the flat pancake. Continue to cook for 20 seconds. Turn the heat off.
4.Transfer the pancake to a plate, egg side up. Roll the pancake and cut it into big pieces to serve.
